Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are currently at home and only able to communicate with me through email, Google Hangouts and Google Classroom. I do have a 3D printer at home that I use to practice with for in class lessons. I would like to be able to send students incentives and rewards for the hard work they are doing from home. I have designed several coins, pendants and small trophies that I would like to personalize and send to students when they do well in our online class and discussions.

My Project

My students learn 3D modeling, but now that they are distance learning, I am unable to print and give students their designs. I would like to print their designs as well as small coins and trophies to send them when they have completed work or shown extra effort in our class discussions. My students love items that are 3D printed and I think they will be excited to receive mail that contains models customized just for them. I am requesting filament and padded envelopes to use for mailing the 3D items.
