3-D Printing = Innovative Learners

My students need the 3-D doodler printer pens to make creating 3-D projects easier and more efficient for all grade levels especially pre-K through second grade.

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

I am privileged to work with a diverse group of students, where 50% of our students are African-American and 50% are Hispanic. All of my students receive free or reduced price lunch. My students are awesome, inquisitive, and extremely resourceful! They are excellent at working with minimal resources to learn and master skills.

My students are awesome, inquisitive, and extremely resourceful! They are excellent at working with minimal resources to learn and master skills. My students show determination regularly. Unfortunately, they come to school with many burdens and preserve through unthinkable situations. The end result will be a generation of future champions and change agents that will give back to their respective communities.

My Project

Our school is undergoing a science, technology, engineering, and math initiative. We currently have one 3-D printer but the access to one 3-D printer is difficult.

We are requesting these 3-D doodler pens so that all students will be able to practice putting their ideas and prototypes into tangible items.

By practicing the engineering and design process and using the 3-D doodler pens students can make their ideas come alive easier. This item will help students maintain and gain interest in STEM fields, or find a STEM avenue in any field of study. Therefore, by purchasing this item for my students, their lives can be enriched with innovative products which originates from innovative ideas.
