My students need iPads in the classroom, in small groups because they only receive 30 minutes per week in the computer lab to work on math and reading skills.

My Students

Second graders taking computer tests without internet skills?

Low income students don't have internet at home and limited time with school computers in the lab.

Our school is a K-2 school with 9-10 classrooms in the same grade. Right now they are using my personal tablet and a school tablet that they share in a center. A few more tablets would be beneficial to their success!

My Project

A few tablets that connect to the internet would be better than nothing! By using the tablets, my students will be able to learn and practice not only their math skills on IXL, but also their computer literacy skills. Both of these skills are essential to our world and workforce today.

A classroom set of tablets would be a dream come true but all I'm asking is for a few more tablets that can be used in a center.

Learning skills on the internet will be my second graders key to success!
