My Project

My students are hungry for materials that will help them build without limits. They desire opportunities to create without wondering if there is a right or wrong way to do it.

I want to give my students a chance to build with new tools such as wood, modeling clay, and hand drills to expand their imagination and creativity.

These are materials that my students typically do not have access to. Being able to safely teach my 4th and 5th graders how to build with wood using vices, wood glue, and drills will help me reach students who are hands on learners. Having modeling clay, play dough, and magnatiles in the classroom will provide appropriate materials for my Kinder through 3rd graders to design characters and buildings for stop motion animation projects and build-your-own games. The storage bins will help me keep everything organized!
