Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Learning is more fun when you get to touch and explore! My students need hands-on activity games to engage their learning with numbers, time, and shapes. These games will assist them in learning new math skills.
The resources I am requesting are academic learning resources and games.
They will provide my students with an exciting learning experience. They will assist them in building math skills.
All of my students are English Language Learners. They come from low socio-economic homes. My students are motivated and eager learners. They enjoy learning math skills. They come from at-risk homes where poverty, unemployment, and lack of English language impedes their academic development. My students enjoy coming to school. My goal is to provide a positive classroom environment.
My Project
Our school community has minimal funds to provide additional math resources. With your support, my students would have the opportunity to learn in a fun way. My students need addition, number, shape, and time games and a variety of engaging learning centers to build their math skills. The centers will help develop essential math skills that will support my students in becoming successful in this subject area.
