My Students

My students have special needs such as autism and attention deficit.

They attend a Title I school and all of them qualify for free or reduced lunch. They are a great bunch of students who love technology. They are very inquisitive and love to learn new concepts.

My Project

I am requesting an Ipod Touch for classroom use. I have researched learning applications that are available and I have found many that are free. There are applications for every subject out there... reading, spelling, math, etc. There are thousands of available applications to choose from.

This project is important to me because there are so many applications to choose from.

It would enable me to download the apps that are appropriate and individualized for each students special needs.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
