My Students

The students really want to be a part of this so that they have their input on school activities. The camera will make it possible for them to be involved and practically in charge.

My students all have a 2.5 GPA or better.

They are very bright and anxious to explore the world of journalism. They are all fun loving and they attend a well known school in the state of Michigan. They are all inner city children and face the day to day challenges that children in rural ares face. None of them want to fail or be left behind to be forgotten. My students posses perseverance and several other qualities that successful people have.

My Project

With the donation of the cameras, the children will be able to interview, take pictures, video-graph special events and happenings in our school. This will allow them to take a small peek into the world of journalism which several of them are seeking careers to be a journalist. The cameras will give them a sneak peak at research and development as well as improve interpersonal skills. The journalism club will provide an environment that a regular classroom setting is unable to provide.

Because of the economy and the living situations of most of my students, buying these products are virtually impossible.

We must rely on the donations and love offerings of others to build a successful program. Our children need people like you to support their dreams, goals and aspirations so that they know someone believes in them. This project is an excellent opportunity for you to show that you care. Thank You!
