My Students

Geometry, in general, is a subject that has shapes that most students tend to tune out. Expanding avenues of geometry instruction and allowing more real-world experiences via multimedia gives students the tools necessary to reach higher goals in geometry.

We are a charter school in Arizona.

Our goal is to be accepted to the best colleges of USA. That is why we like to be challenged. Our teachers always help us – even Saturday's; they come to school to teach us more. They always try alternative ways to teach us.

My Project

When students are asked to come up and solve problems or demonstrate a skill, their work can be saved and printed so that they may take ownership of their accomplishments. Often times students will ask for a copy of their work. Getting the students involved in as many ways as possible, such as having them manipulate the interactive whiteboard helps them take control of the pace of their learning. A great deal of independent research supports using interactive whiteboards in the classroom because of their positive impact on learning. They are also a cost-effective way to assimilate advanced education technology into the curriculum. At a more basic level, they are easy to learn and fun to use for both teachers and students. Control any computer application, write in digital ink over applications, web pages or even moving video, save all your work to a single Notebook file, convert handwriting to text, record synchronized audio and data files.

You will make it possible for my students to understand the concepts of geometry to enhance their learning.

Today's students are the futures engineers. Finally, the daily use of computers and computer software is important. As teachers, we must present as many ways of learning to our students as possible. Lectures, laboratories, field trips, and computers are all helping our students succeed in school and in life. We must understand that technology is here to stay and it is involved in every aspect of our lives.
