In the midst of severe budget cuts, our school District is restricted to providing the bare-bone basics for our classroom. We are thankful to have pencils, paper, and crayons in our classroom but we are in desperate need of being able to compete with other schools that have the financial resources for technology.

An Elmo projector is a powerful tool that will help every single child in my class this year and all of my future students. My class is comprised of students with special needs, English Language Learners, speech needs, learning disabilities, and students with visual and auditory processing issues. Elmo projectors benefit every single child by giving them crucial visual examples of what they are learning. This document camera allows students to clearly see lessons and materials much better, making every lesson that exceptionally effective. Every subject becomes enhanced and ALIVE through this technology. Overhead projectors are no longer reliable when it comes to light bulbs burning out or for a clear, crisp picture of the lesson being projected. Elmo projectors are necessary in evening the playing field and providing all schools and grade levels with access to essential tools and technology.
