Help the one that needs it the most! I am the counselor for forth, fifth, and sixth graders. This is a very wonderful age to be at. But when you are dealing with grief, loss, divorce, family conflicts, and self image issues then it becomes a very lonely world.

One student that I work with loves to read and asked why she just couldn't read to make it better. I knew at that point that I wanted to have an choice of books for children that need counsel. A book is not always the answer, but there are a lot of answers in books.

I need books on character traits, divorce, healing, anger, love, illness, disability, and much more. I want to open a child's heart starting from the pages of a book. I know that as a child there are books that I will never forget.

Please make a difference and possibly imprint a story into a child's mind. Reading is a wonderful tool. Reading about your emotional issues with the counselor could be life changing!
