Kindergarten is an amazing grade to teach! Every September, I get to help 28 five-year-old children begin a life-long love of learning!

They love to sit on the floor to learn! They also love to sit really close to each other and touch each other instead of listening.

The item that I really need in my classroom is a rug that the children can sit on to learn. It is helpful for the children to have their space defined so they can keep their hands and feet to themselves. The rug will also assist me in teaching the alphabet and phonics to my little learners!

You can make a difference in my classroom by providing comfort, learning and color to a gray carpet!
