I have 9 Special Education students who will have problems getting the five section notebooks recommended for 6th grade. This notebook makes it easier for the students to get organized and one notebook is suggested for each academic area. We need 45 Mead Five-Star Notebooks.

I teach middle school special education students in a high-poverty low-economic area. Often it is difficult for these students to get the suggested supplies and this makes them feel different and does not get the school year off to a good start.

I have approximately 9 students who will need five 5-section notebooks to get the school year off to a successful start. One notebook is used for each academic subject. This type of notebook keeps the student organized with notes, homework, class work, labs and a section of blank paper available to them at all times. Organization is key to being successful in middle school.

I am asking for forty-five 5 section notebooks so these special education students can have the best possible chance to be successful this coming school year.

This may not seem as if it is an important request, but if you could see the face of the child whose parents can't afford a notebook and he is handed one--you would change your mind! Please help me in my quest.
