Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My school is a technology, math, & science campus. We have a population of about 500 students and my lab services pre-kinder-fifth grade students.

Due to the recent influx in arrival of refuges from the Sudan, Cambodia, and other impoverished countries we have received several students that have not had the exposure to computers.

Many of them are still trying to grasp the language and the culture. It is my belief that they would benefit greatly form the did learning system. It has a range several skill levels that would address many of the students academic needs as well as make the learning experience fun.

Many of these students have had to leave their home wit nothing but the clothing on their backs and come to the united states. I believe that this learning system would help to reach many of them and help to make their transition much easier. These are great intelligent kids that just need something different to help them along the way. I hope that your organization will be the one to give them a chance at a better life.
