The Borrero family takes a great deal of pride in not only our accomplishments in building a successful family business but also in the work we do to help our community grow. Two of our siblings are NYC educators. One is a teachers and the other is an Assistant Principal. Each day they are truly doing their part in making a difference in young peoples lives. They both truly exemplify the meaning behind being a hero. Our brother continues to successfully help guide the growth of our company, while still managing to live out his dream in being an educational leader. Both siblings have guided and used their influences to help their students obtain their goals. It takes a unique person to become a teacher and it takes even a greater person to have the ability to see the potential in others. For this reason, DB1 Land Investments Corporation has once again pledged to assist in our siblings quest to help New York City school students directly. Donors Choose allows us to pick the proposals that we want to directly support. Like our siblings, who both enjoy just knowing that they can do it, we have also chosen to share the power of giving with our clients, family and friends. Therefore, we propose to all that see this page to choose anyone of the projects outlined in our profile and we will see to it that each project receives full funding by its due date. In participating, you will also enjoy the many letters and pictures of seeing how your donation has made a difference in classrooms across New York City.
