I am a teacher of Emotional Disturbances at a public school. In order to help these students succeed, I have found multiple items from the Abilitations magazine that helps students find their potential in their abilities rather than just focusing on their disabilities. Our goal is to help students to use strategies when they are upset and to work on emotional and behavioral skills in order to learn and improve academics. In addition, this year there are many students in our program with Autism. There are multiple programs that work effectively to teach these students, and I do not have the funding to purchase these items. Please purchase these tax deductable items for our classroom.
