My students need the opportunity to visit galleries in the neighboring town, to expand their experience and knowledge. 20 students will then need a medium size canvas, acrylic paint and brushes to create their own master piece. The finished pieces will be displayed for sale in the local art gallery. Our program is titled MAGIC which stands for Making Academic Gains In Children. Raising test scores in math and reading by creating fun, hands on learning through art and healthy living.
