On the eve of the unveiling of Judge Parker’s portrait at Yale Law School, his former clerks would like to honor both his achievements and his generosity. <p>DonorsChoose.org is an organization dear to Judge Parker’s heart. Just as he mentored his law clerks, Judge Parker has served as a mentor to the organization’s founder, Charles Best. The Judge talks often about the mission of DonorsChoose.org, and the opportunities it provides to students at schools that don’t otherwise have the resources to make these opportunities possible. <p>We have chosen to combine Judge Parker’s passion for his career and for the mission of DonorsChoose.org by selecting the projects below for donation—each of which provides students with unique opportunities to learn about law and governance. We look forward to telling Judge Parker about the numerous projects we have funded when we celebrate his portrait together on April 27th.
