Our goal is to inspire students to become lifelong readers, writers and artists. We connect prominent, local children's book authors with schools and teachers in the Bay Area (particularly in Oakland). We have over 60 authors for schools to choose from, but so many schools lack the funding for these type of invaluable literacy and arts assemblies. Please consider "adopting an author" for a school!
