<p>Hello Friends,</p> <p>Welcome to my giving page. Below you'll see funding proposals that have special meaning to me.</p> <p>I've always had a strong belief in the important role activity and athletics play in a child's development. As a soccer coach I've seen first-hand the physical and emotional benefits that sports provide to our youth.</p> <p>Thankfully, I've always had the resources necessary to give my athletes a positive experience. Many excellent coaches and teachers have not been so blessed. As funding becomes scarce in our schools, athletics - despite its profound importance in a child's development - tends to be among the first pursuits to lose funding.</p> <p> In addition to the physical education projects, I've included projects from Brazos County for those of you who would like to see your donation dollars stay in the local community.</p> <p>Please consider giving to one of these excellent projects in honor of my hideous stach...and if you'd like to make a donation but don't see a project here that excites you, send me an email - aaron.mamula@noaa.gov - and let me know what type of project you would like to give to.</p> <p>thanks,</p> <p>mams</p> hide
