Accountability, Courage, Tenacity and Service. Our students continuously practice these values with every action they take and make an effort to educate those around them. My school desperately lacks resources and is only able to provide a certain amount to each classroom every year. As a middle school teacher in a growing community, I am striving to ensure that my classroom has all of the resources needed for continued success. Middle school is such a pivotal year for learning, and not having the necessary resources to enhance their learning poses a significant challenge in their development.
