My scholars would benefit tremendously from having headphones to assist with classroom assignments, and it will assist with my scholars who have accommodations that require listening to materials as a part of their learning plan. With middle school scholars it is a hard challenge to keep them engaged using the traditional lecture method. I am keeping the interest by making the lessons and information come to life as much as possible. There are multiple programs online that will help with this task. It is impossible for students who do not have headphones to utilize these programs and enhance their learning. Not only will my scholars be able to get additional information, but they will be able to build on the information from the lesson I provide. My scholars who have accommodations will benefit as well from having headphones not only with lessons, but with testing as well.
