Students are expected to sit in uncomfortable chairs for over six consecutive hours and to be attentive, but many times we as adults struggle to focus. Having wobble chairs give students an opportunity to be lively AND learn at the same time! They will be utilized during small group and/or guided reading. These materials will help minimize the loss of instructional time! Timers help students learn how to manage their time, prioritize and be responsible for their work. These will be used for our fluency center so each student can practice their fluency drills at their own pace. Seat sacks help students stay organized and rapidly be able to access their materials. All of this ultimately allows me to maxime instruction time!
