I am requesting a class set of Steven Covey's "7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens" and its accompanying workbook. I am teaching a math intervention class--but we all know that intervention students need more than just a little extra help in math. I'm hoping improve their overall approach toward school and math by using the work of Carol Dweck and Jo Boaler on the power of positive mindsets and instill the seven habits of Steven Covey's time-tested system. My goal is to transform my neediest students and help them develop the tools to be successful in school and in life.
