I teach 5th grade at an inner city school in Omaha, Nebraska. Franklin Elementary serves students from Head Start through sixth grade. We have a multicultural student population with over 5 languages spoken in my classroom alone! My students have varied experiences and abilities, but I promise each of them that my classroom is a place where imagination has no boundaries, creativity has no constraints, and the feeling of failure does not exist.
