My project vision is a classroom set of computers that my students will use to further their research, reading, grammar, and writing skills. Students will use these computers to conduct independent research, participate in group research collaborations, and to independently work to strengthen areas of weakness. These computers will allow my students access to digital textbooks on a regular basis. The computers will make it possible to use research-based online platforms to help struggling readers and writers. Students will also gain more experience using technology in ways that will benefit them as adults in the workforce. They will have the chance to send emails and evaluate colleges, among other things.
