My students are in a public school in Moore OK, and are from multilevel socioeconomic groups and many different cultures. These are also multilevel children, as we know that all children do not learn the same or at the same rate. These children get excited when they are doing hand-on activities. I have seen challenging, and challenged, students, "soar" during one of our hands-on activities. When I see their faces light up due to an "aha" moment, my heart melts! What I have learned about all students in my 32 years of education, is that if you treat them with love and respect, you get the same back!
