At Pittsburg Community Middle School in Pittsburg, KS, my 6th–8th grade students explore technology through hands-on, engaging courses including Computer Applications, Robotics, 3D Printing, Computer Science with Physical Computing, and Business Essentials. Students design, build, code, and problem-solve while working collaboratively on real-world challenges. Many of my students have limited access to advanced technology outside of school, so these experiences are critical in building confidence, creativity, and career-ready skills.
