My students are children of various community backgrounds, mostly the inner city. Many of them are living in communities that are not safe and are from single parent homes. Nonetheless, the school they attend sets the bar high stressing the importance of excellence. Although we are a Title I school our expectations and standards provides an environment that challenges and encourages our students to soar to their highest potential. As an educator it is my duty to exhaust every resource available to help them be all that they may think they can not be.

About my class
