Social-emotional learning and mindfulness books and games will teach students how to self-regulate, problem solves on their own, and build self-esteem and confidence. These books and games will provide students with the skills that they need to actively practice with their peers and adults both at school and at home. The students enjoy learning new subjects that they don't typically get to learn when they are in class. In addition, these resources will provide an opportunity to engage in more preventative interventions (i.e., suicide prevention, bullying prevention, etc).

About my class
