I teach at an urban public school and our budget has been slashed repeatedly. We struggle finding new ways to purchase much needed school supplies such as copy paper. Although, the school and the surrounding community work together to make sure the students have supplies to start the year. However, there is no money for the extras that also make school a special, magical place. We are in desperate need of playground equipment.

About my class
