This project was constructed to assist me with teaching students ways to embrace themselves and knowledge their social/emotional self. Art supplies will allow students to express themselves through art. I have added a teacher's guide for a previously donated "Little Spot" books for teaching emotions and feelings acknowledgement. During the height of the pandemic, my students were forced to distance learn for over a year. As a result, many students' social and emotional skills suffered. My students have a difficult time working together, expressing their feelings, and controlling their emotions. I have worked tirelessly to teach Social Emotional Skills and I have finally started to see a turn. I hope to continue to provide engaging lessons and creative ways for students to practice the skills taught. These resources will allow me to do so by granting me means to use tried and true lessons created from other experienced teachers (TPT GC) and art materials to help them engage in self expression.
