My students are creative, curious, and excited to express themselves through art. They come from a wonderfully diverse community and bring unique perspectives, ideas, and experiences into the classroom each day. Many thrive when given hands-on, interactive opportunities to explore and create, and they love experimenting with new materials and techniques. For many of my students, art is a place where they can build confidence, solve problems creatively, and celebrate their individuality. Whether they're carefully observing the natural world, collaborating with classmates, or proudly sharing their finished artwork, they approach each lesson with imagination and enthusiasm. I'm grateful to teach such resilient, kind, and hardworking young artists who inspire me every day.
