As a current student in a Masters in Educational Technology program, I have recently learned how much my students are missing out on. The students at my school are severely lacking access to technology and are missing out on the benefits of using it regularly. These tablets will enhance the learning experiences of my students. Students will be using these to research volcanoes, earthquakes, and ancient civilizations. In addition they will create video projects, take photographs of science projects for observation, and collaborate on group projects. My class is far from up-to-date in terms of technology, but these tablets could help decrease that gap.
