My students are second and third graders from Kingsburg, CA. Kingsburg is a small community where students have attended the same school since Kindergarten. They particularly need opportunities to learn content in different ways. Students enjoy the school environment. Most students are active in after school activities including sports, clubs, tutoring, and other community activities. After school recreation programs are utilized by many families. Our district also offers parenting classes where many parents participate. With this being said, our district places a strong emphasis on getting involved in learning that extends beyond the classroom!
