I am requesting knife skills practice kit, chef hats, short fruit and vegetable activities and more. Employability Skills 1.2.4 Demonstrate healthy behaviors and safety skills by following safety guidelines and managing personal health Content Standard 2.2 Comply with Health Department Regulations. Students will wear the proper attire Apron and Chef Hat when working in the Culinary arts kitchen. Content Standard 3.0 Apply Skills in food Service, equipment and production Performance standard 3.2 Develop necessary knife skills. I also have students in an independent living class who will greatly benefit from the knife cutting kits as they allow people with disabilities easier access to learn the skills.
