I have the privilege to serve an incredible group of students with diverse neurodivergent needs, ranging from autism to developmental delays. My students are at their best when they have access to tactile and highly-structured learning experiences. In our SpEd classroom, we focus heavily on functional independence because many of my learners struggle with executive functioning and multi-step directions. One size fits all instruction doesn't work for us. Your support helps provide a predictable and hands-on environment that they need to build confidence.
