My students and I will embark on this health and wellness journey together. I like to give them as many opportunities and tools as I can to allow for engagement and success. My students have expressed how they want to make healthier choices and be more active at school and home. It is now my goal to encourage and support this need. Given the opportunity, my projects will undoubtedly strengthen the importance and benefits of daily physical activity while at school and home. It is the hope that, my students will show improvements in academic performance, behavior, attention, and overall outlook on education and health. Thank you for visiting our classroom!
