I work at a low income school with some of the best colleagues. Our #1 motto has always been "Seek for continuous improvement" which we apply to both our students and our staff. We strive to teach our students to do not what is "easy" but to stretch ourselves to do what has "not" been done before. Since opening our STEM lab nearly three years ago, the increase in student engagement and love for science has grown so much. Out of our passion project, we have dedicated time to have every student working and learning in our STEM lab year round.
