The students have observed the stages from caterpillar to chrysalis and are waiting for the butterfly with excitement and curiosity, We also used the sequence cards and small models to help students understand and retell the life cycle in order, building both their science knowledge and language skills. During the read aloud, students made connections between the book and what they are seeing in real life. This makes their learning even more engaging and memorable.\r\n\r\nWhen the materials first arrived the students were full of wonder and excitement. They were eager to check out the caterpillars daily, ask questions, and share their observation with classmates.
