Our room is a self-contained special education classroom. We are active and need materials to help us focus. We are visual and kinesthetic learners. Movement helps us learn. At times we feel over-stimulated and need to regroup with sensory integration. Our teacher has tried to help us by consulting the school's OT but was told that "there are no funds available" for the materials that we need to progress.
