In our music classes, the kids, especially the younger ones, love to move and dance. Having only chairs to sit in inhibits what we are able to do in the music room. They would benefit from a classroom rug so they don’t have to sit on the floor. This rug can even help the students with composition! It features a large musical staff. This staff can be used to write and sing melodies. Music composition is a large part of our curriculum at all grade levels. This wonderful tool would not only serve as a welcoming comfortable place for the kids to sit, but also afford them many opportunities to improve these composition skills.
