My students are in need of some board games to play on those cold rainy days when they cannot get outside for PE. They realize the need to keep their brains healthy and strong, as well as, their bodies. Studies show playing games encourage focus, balance and control. It improves a child's memory and cognitive skills Games also .increases logic (common sense) skills , grows the immune system and makes a child feel happy! We are asking for games and equipment such as Giant Jenga, small beach balls, and stepping domes for indoor stations that will strengthen their math and reading skills while exercising their brain and having fun. Donating to this project will encourage our students to become well-rounded individuals as well as adults. Teaching and developing good habits today for a healthy and successful tomorrow.
