Students in my class attend a Multiple Disabilities Special Education classroom in a low income public school. They are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, cognitive impairments, communication impairments and many medical issues. Many face behavioral challenges, and it is my job to make learning fun, exciting, and engaging each day. We are always on a mission to modify our environment to make it calming, sensory friendly, promote age appropriate social skills, and a happy place to be!

About my class
