I am a Special Education Teacher at a Technical High School. I am the coordinator for 50+ students who have a learning disability. My goal everyday is to make sure that my students are successful in the classroom and in life. I want my students to have the same opportunities that students without a disability have. Many of my students in the classroom excel when provided hands on projects. I work with students who are autistic, ADHD, ADD, blind, reading/writing/math disabilities, hearing impaired, and other health impaired. All of my students learn differently and my job is to assist them academically, socially, and behaviorally so that each of them is successful in life after graduation.
