Students will be able to participate in games and activities in class that develop social emotional skills, knowledge of game rules and movement skills. Not to mention having the time of their lives participating in these activities with their friends. While participating they will be improving cardiovascular conditioning, reducing stress and anxiety to perform better in the classroom. Due to today's technology and circumstances, many students end up participating virtual for a time period. The students will be able to take the clothing home to use to exercise virtually. This project has the potential to benefit students in my physical education department that services over 600 students throughout the year. These students either participate in their school clothes and leave class sweaty or don't participate at all. Either way, they are facing many obstacles other students don't have to face. I would love to be able to offer my students the opportunity to participate and receive all the benefits of physical education without worrying about being looked at differently because of lack of hygiene. In addition, we don't want our students to miss out on the benefits of physical education from home.
