As a Spanish teacher, I aim to create lesson plans based on authentic resources rather than teaching just grammar and vocabulary. And as a Spanish teacher, the main focus of teaching is communication, cultural opinions/points of view, and real materials. Having my students surrounded by these kinds of useful things/valuable supplies will enable them to reach those aspects, while also satisfying their goals as World Language learners. For this reason, by being able to provide authentic books to students, they will be able to read a book that is rich in language, culture and traditions. It will also allow me to create more activities based on their interests.
