I am a third grade teacher at a tuition-free public charter school in Henderson, Nevada. Our school has recently achieved status as a STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math) academy attended by students from a multitude of educational and economic backgrounds. My class will consist of students who perform at all academic levels and are in need of enrichment and engagement. Success will be achieved through project-based learning and thematic units.
