My students are leaders, learners and extraordinary world changers. They need not wait until "tomorrow" to be something because they are ALREADY incredible TODAY. My students each have their own unique story and yet we come together at school for shared experiences and deeper learning. As I am teaching K-4th music, my goal is to build a program that gives students access to experiences, instruments, and joy. These young leaders have grand ideas and big hearts. I teach over 470 scholars at my Elementary school. They are growing in confidence, character, and life skills as they experience music and listening. They each contribute their own sparkle to make our classroom shine. We are growing as a team as students learn about themselves and also learn about one another. Hands-on learning is important to me and to them. I am honored to be their guide!
