Due to our current global circumstances, schools have experienced a huge change. I can proudly say that our community, TECA, has been doing an incredible effort to reinvent the system and make it work in hours. The school has successfully provided students with computers, update Google Classroom, and worked on an effective system so that students have access to both synchronous and asynchronous learning. We're engaging a high amount of students and have been working hard to keep it up since day 1. In order to keep it up and optimal, I'm requesting a new computer that can help me access to better teaching tools, to create content, to teach online, and overall improve my students' learning from home experience. Having a new computer will help me to provide my students with materials and resources that will motivate and engage them in these difficult times. My objective is to get the most of my working time, to be able to use my tech skills, and to make sure that I offer my students the learning opportunities they deserve.
