Due to the pandemic we are currently living through, students are unable to share materials and supplies in the classroom and at home that we typically use to be engaged in learning. These materials and containers would typically be shared, however, in order to keep students safe, the pencil box containers would allow me to provide each student with their own Reading Manipulative Toolkit and Mathematics Manipulative Toolkit. By providing my students these supplies they will be able to have non-shared materials that can keep them and others safe during this time. This will also be something that will be used for both remote and in-person learning. Kindergarteners are learning to be responsible for their learning materials and will be more engaged by having these individual supplies at home and at school.
